Executive coaching is a focused, one-on-one partnership where I help senior leaders think more clearly, lead more effectively, and navigate the real challenges that come with high responsibility.
Most of the people I work with are CEOs and other C-suite executives, senior VPs, or directors who are carrying a lot of weight in their organization. They’re making decisions that affect teams, culture, and outcomes every day.
In our work together, we slow things down enough to get clarity. We look at what’s really going on beneath the surface, not just the surface-level symptoms. Then we work on practical ways to lead with more confidence, better judgment, and stronger influence.
It’s confidential, highly practical, and grounded in real-world leadership situations. The goal isn’t theory. It’s helping you lead better where it actually counts. While leadership coaching can support leaders at many levels in an organization, my coaching is specifically designed for those at the top, where the decisions are bigger, the complexity is higher, and the ripple effects are wider.
My role is to help you step back from the day-to-day pressure, identify what’s really driving your results, and remove the barriers that are getting in the way of your best leadership. That often includes sharpening strategy, strengthening executive presence, improving decision-making, and increasing your ability to influence across your organization.
As a former CEO, I bring a strong understanding of leadership, organizational dynamics, and the real-world pressures executives face. Just as important, I create a confidential space where you can think out loud, be honest about what’s hard, and get clear, actionable feedback you can actually use.
