    • Role-play real-world challenges from participants.
  • Week 5: Overcoming Overwhelm with Priority Management
    • Apply time and focus frameworks for executives.
    • Clarify “big rocks” vs. distractions.
    • Create a sustainable rhythm of leadership.
  • Week 6: Engaging Employees
    • Unlock intrinsic motivation.
    • Build trust through transparency.
    • Create rituals of recognition and accountability.
  • Week 7: Collaboration
    • Align cross-functional teams.
    • Practice collaborative decision-making.
    • Use tools to eliminate silos and bottlenecks.
  • Week 8: Effective Execution
    • Translate vision into measurable outcomes.
    • Implement accountability rhythms (meetings, dashboards, etc.).
    • Sharpen delegation and follow-through.
  • Week 9–11: Cohort Labs
    • Each participant brings a live leadership challenge.
    • Group coaching, peer feedback, and strategic problem-solving.
    • Practical application of the seven competencies.
  • Week 12: Capstone & Next Steps
    • Review progress on individual goals.
    • Celebrate wins and breakthroughs.
    • Develop 90-day action plans for continued growth.
  • $4,500 per participant. Limited to 8 senior leaders per cohort.
  • Organizational rate for 5+ participants: $4,000 each
