In our work together, we slow the pace enough to think clearly. We identify what is actually driving tension, confusion, stalled momentum, or organizational fatigue beneath the surface. From there, we focus on strengthening leadership clarity, sharpening communication, improving alignment, and creating practical pathways for focused execution.

As a former CEO, I understand the pressure senior leaders carry when decisions affect people, culture, mission, and organizational direction. The Strategic Advisory is structured as a year-long strategic advisory relationship on retainer. It is designed to provide availability, support, perspective, and leadership clarity over time. The monthly investment begins at $3,000. This engagement is intentionally limited to a small number of organizations to ensure meaningful access, thoughtful partnership, and focused support throughout the year.
